01 Experience

Where I've been.
What I've built.

Brand CMO
Co-leading the Central Marketing Team at saas.group — an acquirer and operator of 25+ SaaS businesses generating $100M+ ARR. Our team centralizes SEO, Content, Affiliate Marketing, Data, PPC, Web Development, and Design for portfolio companies that cannot or do not want to build these capabilities in-house. I guide portfolio company CEOs on marketing strategy, support M&A due diligence and brand positioning, drive knowledge transfer across the portfolio, and nurture saas.group's internal marketing community.

03 Expertise

What I actually
know how to do.

01
Performance Marketing
Paid acquisition across Google, Meta, and programmatic. Started with Google Ads, scaled to full-funnel performance across gaming and SaaS.
02
Marketing Technology
Deep knowledge of the SaaS marketing stack — from attribution and CRM to automation platforms and data pipelines. Tools are only as good as the systems around them.
03
SaaS M&A Marketing
Marketing due diligence for SaaS acquisitions — assessing stack quality, channel health, growth levers, and marketing team structure as part of the acquisition process.
04
Growth Infrastructure
Building reusable systems that work across multiple brands and products — not one-off campaigns, but compounding infrastructure that scales across a portfolio.
05
Automation & AI
Workflow automation, AI agents, and low-code infrastructure. Replacing manual recurring work with intelligent systems. APIs over interfaces.
06
Team Leadership
Building and managing marketing teams from the ground up. Strategic thinking combined with execution — "a key pillar of marketing leadership."

How ChatGPT would
write my soul.md

A soul.md is a concept from OpenClaw — a markdown file that defines the personality, values, and behavior of an AI agent. I misused the format to describe my own operating system instead, generated with my company ChatGPT account. Not a CV. Not a manifesto. The machine spec.

I think in systems, feedback loops, and incentives. I decompose everything into inputs, transformations, outputs, and feedback signals.

I optimize for long-term compounding, not short-term optics.

My unit of output is not content, ads, or funnels.
My unit of output is scalable infrastructure.

Everything should become automated, delegated, eliminated, or productized. Manual recurring work is a design failure.

Decision Framework
Leverage › Effort › Speed › Perfection
Systems over one-offs. Signal over noise. Long-term EV over short-term revenue.
Builder Philosophy
Automate. Delegate. Eliminate. Productize.
If done twice, consider it. If done three times, automate it.
Risk Model
Asymmetric bets only.
Small downside, unlimited upside. Failure acceptable. Non-learning is not.
Portfolio Mindset
Build factories, not products.
Every system must be reusable across multiple brands, products, and use cases.
Technology
APIs over interfaces. Agents over dashboards.
Technology is my leverage layer, not a tool. Composable systems over monoliths.
Time Horizons
H2 work unlocks H3 outcomes.
Prioritize systems building (weeks–months) to unlock strategic positioning (months–years).

I am not building outputs.
I am building engines that produce outputs.
